        不銹鋼無縫鋼管       不銹鋼無縫鋼管是一種具有中空截面、周邊沒有接縫的長條鋼材。

       ◆ 無縫鋼管的特點
       從上面的工藝流程我們不難看出:其一、該產(chǎn)品的壁厚越厚,它就越具有經(jīng)濟性和實用性,壁厚越薄,它的加工成本就會大幅度的上升;其次、該產(chǎn)品的工藝決定它的局限性,一般無縫鋼管精度低:壁厚不均勻、管內(nèi)外表光亮度低、定尺成本高,且內(nèi)外表還有麻點、黑點不易去除;其三、它的檢測及整形必須離線處理。因此,它在高壓、高強度、機械結(jié)構(gòu)用材方面體現(xiàn)了它的優(yōu)越性。
         (2)焊管 ;(a) 按工藝分類——氣體保護焊管、電弧焊管、電阻焊管(高頻、低頻)
              (b) 按焊縫分——直縫焊管、螺旋焊管
         不銹鋼焊接鋼管
          焊接鋼管簡稱焊管,是用鋼板或鋼帶經(jīng)過機組和模具卷曲成型后焊接制成的鋼管。

       ◆ 焊接鋼管的特點
       從上面的工藝流程我們不難看出:其一、該產(chǎn)品是連續(xù)在線生產(chǎn),壁厚越厚,機組及溶接設(shè)備的投資就越大,它就越不具有經(jīng)濟性和實用性。壁厚越薄,它的投入產(chǎn)出比就會相應(yīng)下降;其次該產(chǎn)品的工藝決定它的優(yōu)缺點,一般焊接鋼管精度高、壁厚均勻、管內(nèi)外表光亮度高(鋼板的表面等級決定的鋼管表面亮度)、可任意定尺。因此,它在高精度、中低壓流體應(yīng)用方面體現(xiàn)了它的經(jīng)濟性及美觀性。

    (2)厚壁鋼管    4、按用途分類(1)民用管:分圓管、矩管、花管,一般用于裝飾、建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)等方面;
